The Famous Canadian Beer Run is next Saturday, September 15th and we wanted to send you a few important reminders. Please note that you will receive a comprehensive Beer Run Playbook by email next week, which will provide all the run day details you’ll need to make the most of your Famous Canadian Beer Run experience!

Early Bib/Shirt Pick Up
Save time on event day! We have two early-bib/shirt pick up times and locations available:

Thursday, September 13 @ 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
New Balance Toronto, 1510 Yonge Street, Toronto

Friday, September 14 @ 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
New Balance Toronto, Bayview Village

Don’t forget your ID! You’ll need it to pick up your bib and shirt. You CAN pick up race kits for friends. You will be required to provide a note from your friend(s) giving you permission to pick up their bib. Event day pick-up is available from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. We recommend arriving 1 hour prior to your start time.

Festival Only Passes
Non-running friends and family can join you at the festival with a Festival Only Pass ($25). These passes include a beer stein and four beverage tokens (2 beers/beverages or 4 sample pours). Additional tokens for Festival Only passholders can be purchased in advance online, or on event day.

Can I buy more beer tokens ahead of time?
Yes! Save time on run day by purchasing additional beer tokens in advance ($3 each). These additional tokens will be given to you at bib/shirt pick-up. Each token is the equivalent of an 8 oz (half stein) pour.

Four tokens (2 beers or 4 sample pours) are included with your run registration. These tokens are “tear offs” on the bottom of your run bib. Your stein will be presented to you at the finish line.

Transfers
Saturday, September 8 is the last day to transfer your registration to another participant. If you would like to make a transfer before midnight tomorrow (September 8), please email support@raceroster.com and they can assist with this change. There is a $1.95 transfer fee, plus any change in price. We do not offer refunds for any reason.
