Famous Canadian Beer Run day is three weeks away! Here at beer run HQ, our little beer elves are busy at work to make sure that this year’s run is our BEST EVER! On run week you can expect an email featuring all the specifics for run day – getting to Ontario Place, parking, bag check, etc. This information will also be posted in the “What’s Brewing” section of our website. In the meantime, here are a few exciting updates for you!
Muskoka Zone Announcements
Our Muskoka Zone is getting more “Muskoka-y” by the day! Just this week Beaver Tails signed on to dish up their delectable doughy concoctions to hungry runners! You’ll find their truck in the Muskoka Zone, right next to our fire pit!
And if eating Beaver Tails with a beer and a view of the lake wasn’t sweet enough, we’ve got an acoustic musician who’ll be playing some of your favourite Canadian sing-a-long tunes around Ontario Place’s new firepit! Phill Hood will be playing from 2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. in the Muskoka Zone. Step away from the heart of the main stage and festival area, to relax in cottage style!

Early Kit Pick Up
We have two early bib/shirt pick up times available for those wishing to save time on run day. Please remember that you will need ID to pick up your bib/shirt. You CAN pick up bibs/shirts for friends, but you will need a letter/email from them stating that you can do so.
Thursday September 13th – 4pm-7pm @Yonge and St. Clair New Balance

Friday September 14th – 4pm-7pm @ Bayview Village New Balance
2901 Bayview Ave, North York
As always, runners wishing to pick up their bib/shirt on run day, may do so starting at 8 a.m.
Tell Your Friends
You’re in! Now it’s time to give your fence-sitting friends a little push! Early bird pricing ends on August 31! That’s right…one more chance to get in and save cha-ching (mo’ money, mo’ beer!). Forward them this email and tell ‘em to register STAT!
Cancellation / Transfer Policy
Please note that we do not issue refunds for any reason. However, we are happy to honour a transfer to another participant for REQUESTS RECEIVED ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE OF RUN DAY (SEPTEMBER 8, 2018 AT MIDNIGHT). Please note that absolutely no transfers can be made after September 8, 2018 at midnight. We are sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Please email support@raceroster.com for assistance with transfers.
